Who we work with

It sounds like your venue has rules of its own on top of the standard: a safety certificate, a terminal that never closes, a hall that changes every week.

Public Address Voice Alarm (PAVA) and emergency sound systems at stadiums and arenas, airports and transport hubs, exhibition and conference venues, and visitor attractions and multi-site estates across London and the South East: that is where most of ProAudium's work is. Each page below sets out what brings a venue to the conversation, which standards apply, and what a maintenance visit has to prove there.

Which sector is yours?

Stadiums and arenas. Evidence mapped to the Green Guide and BS 7827, in the form the Safety Advisory Group and the certifying authority expect. Stadiums and arenas

Airports and transport hubs. Systems that run 24 hours a day, maintained around the operation, with a fault record the control room and the technician can both act on. Airports and transport

Exhibition and conference venues. One system, a different building every week: overlays, variable occupancy, and the modifications that follow. Exhibition and conference venues

Visitor attractions and multi-site estates. Indoor and outdoor zones, several sites, one record, and a compliance roadmap that fits budget cycles. Visitor attractions and estates

The venues that trust us

Organisations in environments like yours already work with us.

Gatwick Airport · Olympia London · Fulham Football Club · Brighton Centre · Drusillas Zoo Park

We also maintain systems across commercial office estates, maritime and offshore facilities, education, healthcare, and retail, for facilities managers, M&E contractors, fire and security companies, and building owners.

Is ProAudium the right call for a small site?

If you need the lowest price for one annual visit to a small system, ProAudium is probably not the right call, and a good local fire alarm company will look after you well. The same is true outside London and the South East, other than for ships and offshore facilities along the south coast from Dover to Plymouth, because the response times the work depends on cannot be met further afield.

The fit is right at a large venue or an estate of several sites, where the maintenance record will be read by an auditor, a Safety Advisory Group or an insurer who needs to be able to check it: every loudspeaker circuit measured and compared with the year before, and repairs quoted separately from the visit.
