Start the conversation
To talk about a voice alarm, Public Address Voice Alarm (PAVA) or emergency sound system in London or the South East, call 01273 034 630 or send the form below. Nigel Williams reads it and almost always replies himself; nothing goes into an automated sequence.
Reporting a fault on a system under contract? Call. The phone is faster than any form.
If you're half-expecting a sales call and a quote for a new system, that's fair. The first reply is two or three questions about the system, and the answer may well be that you need nothing.
What is the system, and what prompted you to get in touch?
Those two things are all the first conversation needs. The system might be a PAVA at a stadium, a centralised PA across an estate, or a voice alarm you inherited with thin records. The prompt might be a Safety Advisory Group condition, a retender, a fault during an event, a certificate review or Martyn's Law duties arriving. Say it in your own words.
Message sent. Thank you.
It has reached ProAudium. A director, usually Nigel Williams, will reply.
If it is urgent, call 01273 034 630.
What happens after you send it
- The message arrives in the Newhaven office, which arranges every visit and every quote.
- Nigel Williams replies, with two or three questions about the system: the manufacturer, how many zones, when it was last tested and what the last report showed.
- If a visit is the right next step, you get a date and a named technician. Testing and reporting are quoted on their own; any remedial work is quoted separately afterwards, so the technician who finds a fault does not price the fix.
If what you need is the lowest price for one annual visit to a small single-panel system, say so, and we'll tell you plainly whether ProAudium is the right call.
